Angela Kohler

As a commercial and music video director, Angela Kohler is inspired by the interior lives of her subjects and brings whimsy and magic to each of her projects. With a background in still photography she loves telling a story in the briefest of moments and stringing them together to create rich adventures.

Her award winning work has been shown all over the world including the Saatchi & Saatchi New Directors Showcase at Cannes Lions, GenArt Film Festival in New York and Los Angeles, FLUX at the Hammer Museum in Los Angeles, the GoShort Film Festival in Nijmegen The Netherlands, Kodak PocketFest Short Film Festival, LiberArti Film Festival, the Crested Butte Film Festival. Her work has also been featured in such industry publications as Shoot Magazine’s New Directors Showcase and 10 Young Directors To Watch, Videography Magazine, and Photo-Cine News.
